Terms of service
1. General
- These terms set out the rules for using CS2PromoHub, available at cs2promohub.com (the "Site").
- The Site is run by the owner of CS2PromoHub (the "Provider"). Contact: [email protected].
- These terms are available free of charge on this page in a form you can download, save and print.
- Using the Site is free.
2. Definitions
- User means anyone using the Site.
- Partner site means a third-party website (for example a CS2 case opening, skin trading or skin marketplace site) that the Site describes and links to.
- Promo code means a code or link that a Partner site gives for signing up or depositing, such as free balance, a free case or a deposit bonus.
3. Services
- The Provider offers the following services online, free of charge:
- information about promo codes, bonuses, giveaways, rankings, comparisons and scores of Partner sites;
- copying a promo code and redirecting to a Partner site;
- voting on whether a promo code worked;
- contacting the Provider by email.
- The Site has no user accounts, takes no payments, runs no games or bets and sells no items. It only provides information about Partner sites' offers.
4. Technical requirements
- You need a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser. One-click code copying and voting need JavaScript. An email address is needed to contact us.
- Using the internet comes with common risks such as malware and impersonation of well-known sites (phishing). Partner sites sign you in through Steam: only ever enter your Steam password on the official Steam website, never on a site itself.
5. Start and end of the agreement
- The agreement for the services in section 3 starts when you begin using the Site and runs for an indefinite period.
- You can end it at any time, without giving a reason, by no longer using the Site. Voting and contact end once completed.
- The Provider may stop running the Site, announcing it on the Site at least 14 days in advance.
6. Rules of use
- The Site is for adults (18+) only.
- Users must not provide unlawful content.
- Users must not disrupt the Site, in particular by generating artificial clicks on links to Partner sites, manipulating votes, or bulk automated downloading that puts load on the Site.
- Users are responsible for checking whether using a Partner site is legal in the country they are in. The Site hides codes of sites listed in national registers of unlicensed gambling sites, but this does not replace that check.
7. Offer information and liability
- Promo codes, bonuses and their terms are set by Partner sites. They can change or be withdrawn at any time without the Provider knowing.
- The Provider checks codes by hand and shows the date of the last check for each, but does not guarantee that a code will work when you use it or that a bonus will be granted.
- Our score and the ranking are the Provider's opinion, calculated with a published method (how we check codes). Paid placements do not affect the score or the ranking and are labelled "Sponsored".
- Links to Partner sites are affiliate links. The Provider may earn a commission if you sign up or deposit through such a link or code. This does not change the offer for you.
- The Provider is not a party to any agreement between you and a Partner site. The Partner site alone is responsible for its service, its terms, withdrawals, bonuses and complaints.
- Nothing in this section excludes or limits the Provider's liability where the law does not allow it to be excluded or limited, in particular towards consumers.
8. Responsible gambling
- Case opening and similar services on Partner sites are paid entertainment with random results. Most openings are worth less than they cost.
- Only use money you can afford to lose. If you feel you are losing control, take a break and look for help (responsible gambling).
9. Intellectual property
- The Site's content, including texts, comparisons, scores and layout, is protected by copyright. Quoting with credit and a link to the Site is allowed within the limits of the law.
- Names and logos of Partner sites are trademarks of their owners and are used for information only. Counter-Strike 2 is a trademark of Valve Corporation. The Site is not affiliated with Valve Corporation.
10. Complaints
- Complaints about the Site can be sent by email to [email protected].
- A complaint should describe the problem and give an email address for the reply.
- The Provider handles a complaint within 14 days of receiving it and replies to the address it came from.
- Complaints about codes, bonuses, withdrawals or accounts on Partner sites should go to that Partner site. We are still happy to correct information about a code that does not work.
- Consumers may also use out-of-court dispute resolution, such as the consumer advice bodies in their country.
11. Personal data
How we process personal data and our approach to cookies is described in the privacy policy.
12. Changes to these terms
- The Provider may change these terms for important reasons: changes in the law, changes in the services or security.
- Changed terms are published on this page with their effective date, at least 7 days after publication, unless the change is required directly by law.
13. Final provisions
- Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law. This choice of law does not deprive consumers of the protection given by the mandatory rules of the country where they normally live.
- These terms apply from October 28, 2026.
